Asia-Pacific Bioprocessing Excellence Awards (ABEA) 2023

The Asia-Pacific Bioprocessing Excellence Awards (ABEA) seeks to give recognition to exceptional Asian bioprocessing, biologistics, clinical trials and aseptic fill & finish experts, organizations and technologies over the past year. Asia is home to thriving bioprocessing hubs, is the world choice for clinical trials and supports complex supply chains. Recognizing outstanding achievements of top biomanufacturing, biologistics & clinical trials leaders in the industry, the Asia-Pacific Bioprocessing Excellence Awards applauds extraordinary leaders & trend-setters of today and inspires innovators of tomorrow. The Awards Ceremony will be held in conjunction with the 10th Biologics Manufacturing Asia, 2nd Aseptic Fill-Finish & Packaging, 7th BioLogistics World Asia and Clinical Trial Festival Asia. 

How does it work?

IMAPAC, the organizing committee of ABEA 2023 will be calling for nominations from the IMAPAC biologics community for different biologics award categories. All entries and nominations were considered and submitted to the judging panel and market research team from IMAPAC. Based on the number of nominations and assessment, the top 5-7 entries under each category were shortlisted. From  the  top  5-7  entries,  the  award  winner  will  be  determined  by  100%  voting  results  from  the  public  or  bioprocessing community.

Criteria for nomination

THE CRITERIA FOR A COMPANY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE ASIA PACIFIC VACCINE EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2022 ARE:

  • The company should be an organization that is involved in biopharmaceutical development and/or manufacturing
  • The company should have a notable presence in APAC
  • The company should have displayed significant developments in the past few years

     

CRITERIA TO WIN THE AWARDS​

Based on the number of nominations and assessment, the top 5-7 entries under each category were shortlisted. From  the  top  5-7  entries,  the  award  winner  will  be  determined  by  100 %  voting results from the Biologics community. Companies with the most number of votes will win the award in their respective category.
